How it works
Ordering Hot Lunch should be simple!
here is what to expect:1. We cook fresh meals every morning.
2. Parents and staff can place orders ahead of time, and we deliver the lunch’s every Wednesday at lunch.
How to order:
Click the Menu button to view available options. Select the item(s) you wish to purchase, then choose either a weekly subscription or a one-time order.
If you choose a weekly subscription, each item will be processed as a separate order and receive its own order number. One-time orders will be grouped under a single order number.

When do orders have to be placed by?
We ask that all orders be placed by the Monday before the Wednesday scheduled delivery date, by 12:00 noon.
Orders placed after this time will still be processed, but please be mindful of our cutoff as it helps our kitchen prepare fresh food for your children.

Please specify if your child has any allergies you would like us to know about. At checkout, you can specify any concerns in the section labeled “Any special requests.”
Note: our facility is nut‑free, and we do not use sesame seed buns for our hot lunch orders.

What if my child is going to be away/sick/has a school trip or the school is closed for the day?
If your child will be absent on a day you’ve purchased a hot lunch, please email Virginia at grillway.info@gmail.com. She can move the order to the following week or, if you have a recurring subscription, cancel that day’s order for you.
We do ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Note: If the school is closed on a Wednesday due to a snowstorm or any other act of nature, we will transfer all orders to the following week automatically.

How to change/ cancel a subscription?
If you want to change your subscription, please cancel your current subscription first, then place a new order for the items you’d like to subscribe to.

What happens to orders not picked up at lunch?
All orders not collected during lunch will be delivered to the school office. Office staff will make every effort to contact the student so they can pick up their lunch.
